On-line Training

Technology has become a big part of socitety with the evolution of the internet.  The internet is a powerful engine and a huge population has access to the internet.  With that being said online training is becoming popular among people that are always busy or people that afford one on one training or group training.

Online training benefits the client because there is a custom workout, a meal plan and coaching calls.  Custom workouts are based off the clients needs, wants and the ability to perform exercises.  The workouts can be made for the beginner or an advanced individual.  One benefit to a custom workout is a summary is put together to explain the exercise as well as a video to show the client how to perfrom the exercise.  For a beginner this will help because he or she may not know anything about training.

With the custom workout comes the meal plan which helps the client learn how to eat properly and healthy.  The meal plans are built for 7 days a week and last 30 days.  The meal plans are low calorie which is helpful for losing body fat and weight.  There are also meal plans that are low fat, muscle toned, lean mass building, and low carb.

Cocaching calls are also important because it is a great motivator for a client that is having a tough time.  Many clients will plateau in there workouts and will need the motivation for the trainer to help them get over it.  Exercising can be extremely tough and it takes somebody to be in your corner to help you achieve your goals.
